Most billing work happens in `/dashboard/billing`. That page is the source of truth for the current plan, invoices, renewal timing, payment issues, and any Stripe-backed manage flow that is available to the organization.

What to do

• Open `/dashboard/billing` first and look for any payment failure banner or unpaid invoice state.
• Use Update payment method to open the billing portal if the current card is invalid or expired.
• If the invoice is still unpaid after the card is fixed, use the invoice row or hosted invoice link to complete payment.
• Refresh Billing after payment succeeds and verify that the warning state clears.

• Updating the card does not always settle the invoice by itself.
• If credits or renewals look wrong during the failure, fix the invoice first.
• The longer you leave this alone, the more likely you are to create a fake product problem out of a simple billing issue.
